Tools, guides and workbooks for law firms.

Score a workflow, read a guide or open a workbook. None of the tools or guides asks for an email address.

The tools, guides, code and PDFs open without an email address. The course is optional and requires separate confirmation.

Sixteen guides and worksheets

Read them as pages.

Every worksheet now reads on screen as well as in PDF. Each page keeps its original PDF edition linked and ends with a practical next step: measure, decide, evaluate, govern or operate. When the evidence says to talk, start with the readiness score or request a 20-minute call.

Put the answer to work

Which resource should we use when the operational bottleneck is unclear?

Separate demand, work time, elapsed time, rework and collected value. A full diary does not prove useful capacity. Measure avoidable waiting, rework and handoffs before assuming another hire is required. For an enquiry route, make checks, escalation and system updates explicit; for a website, review whether a suitable visitor can understand the service, evidence and next step.

These optional PDF worksheets are available without an email address or client data. They are operational aids, not legal advice.

Choose an operating tool, or browse all 63 ungated guides.
