Workflow fit
Contract-Workflow Readiness Score
Twelve browser-only questions test recurrence, scope, ownership, approval, data, review and measurable value for one repeated workflow.
Open workflow tools
These tools help an independent law firm define the problem, inspect its foundations, quantify the current burden and prepare a product or pilot discussion without uploading client documents.
Core answers and calculations are ungated. Browser-only tools do not transmit the values you enter.
Seven practical routes
None of these tools decides that AI is the answer. A process fix, product purchase, controlled pilot or no change can each be valid.
Workflow fit
Twelve browser-only questions test recurrence, scope, ownership, approval, data, review and measurable value for one repeated workflow.
Operating foundations
Ten questions separate firm-wide data, security, automation and verification foundations from the value of any one use case.
Review burden
Break monthly review time into the base pass, repeated work and partner escalation. The result uses your inputs and stays in the browser.
Baseline
Freeze monthly volume, qualified lawyer time, turnaround, corrections and write-offs beside the trigger, output, people and exceptions.
Supplier questions
Ask what data enters the service, where it goes, who can access it, whether it improves models, how long it remains and what happens when controls fail.
Working library
Browse 63 original working guides across legal AI, documents, intake, people, billing, technology change, security and firm operations.
Claim checking
Inspect the population, date and limitation attached to each admitted public number before using it in an adoption decision.
Privacy boundary
The two readiness checks and the rework calculator run locally in the browser. They do not upload answers, create an account or enrol the visitor in email. A person chooses separately whether to contact Margo Legal.
Interpretation boundary
The result describes the inputs entered. It does not establish recoverable fees, product suitability, legal quality or achievable savings. Those questions need evidence from the firm's actual workflow and responsible reviewers.
Need the sequence
Use the Learning Centre to understand the method, then choose one tool. If the workflow passes the gates, the Workshop turns the same evidence into a written decision.
Put the answer to work
A useful goal has a baseline, owner, data source and decision rule. Activity must not hide quality loss. For intake, confirm engagement information, checks, client actions and ownership. For billing, name owners for capture, pre-bill, review, issue, query, receipt and reconciliation.
These optional PDF worksheets are available without an email address, booking or client data. They are operational aids, not legal advice.
