Kirkland, Palantir and one-workflow trials

Read the workflow list before buying the vision

On 4 June 2026, Kirkland & Ellis and Palantir jointly announced the launch of a proprietary enterprise platform for private-equity fundraising as part of a multiyear partnership expansion.

The announcement describes a platform designed to support fund documentation, investor solutions, side letter drafting, obligation tracking, closing commitments and ongoing compliance.

Kirkland’s AIPCon 10 page, dated 5 June 2026, reports that investment funds partner Erica Berthou presented a live demo of the Fund Formation Engine. That page lists the same fund workflows, from fund documentation through ongoing compliance.

The workflow list is the bit I’d keep for a buying discussion. I’d want our own task written down just as plainly before sitting through a demo.

Tomorrow, write a trial card for one task from your practice: the made-up material you’ll use, the result you need and the colleague who will check it. Leave two boxes for the trial results: time spent, including checking, and mistakes found. I’d use that record to decide whether to try it again.
