Bring the sponsor, the person responsible for the work, the lawyers who do it and whoever speaks for risk and IT. Within three business days, receive a written recommendation to fix the process, buy a tool, run a small supervised pilot, or leave it alone.
£2,500, fixed. Remote delivery is standard. Any agreed on-site travel is quoted before booking. No day rates, scope extensions or obligation to commission another Margo Legal service.

The core group joins a 45-minute preparation call and a 3.5-hour Workshop. Margo Legal handles the mapping, comparison and drafting afterwards.
Fit and Scope
A short call checks recurrence, responsibility, evidence and who would need to sign off. A no-fit decision is valid.
Prepare
The sponsor completes a short questionnaire and joins a preparation call. No live client data is required.
Workshop
Four to six participants reconstruct the workflow, confirm the five current numbers and test the decision conditions.
Review and Handover
Margo Legal drafts the pack, checks the evidence and walks the sponsor through the recommendation.

Eligibility gate
The workflow must be ready for a decision.
If preparation shows there is no eligible workflow, the Workshop does not proceed. A documented stop is valid delivery once the Workshop begins. The evidence and decision pack belong to the firm.
Current capacity. Margo Legal runs at most two Workshops a month. Availability is confirmed during the 20-minute fit review.

What happens in the Workflow Value Workshop?
A core group maps one repeated workflow, confirms its five current measures, names the review and approval route, and compares four realistic options. Margo Legal then checks the evidence and delivers the written decision pack within three business days.
What can the Workshop recommend?
The written recommendation can be to fix the current process, buy an appropriate tool, run a small supervised pilot or leave the workflow alone. The same evidence and decision conditions are used for all four routes, including a valid stop.
Who should attend?
Bring the sponsor, the person responsible for the work, lawyers who complete or review it, and the people who speak for risk, data and IT. Four to six participants are usually enough when each approval responsibility is represented.
Are live client documents required?
No. Preparation and the Workshop can use process descriptions, current measures and made-up or properly redacted examples. Any later pilot involving real material would need a separate scope, approved data route, safeguards, reviewers and stop conditions.
Does the Workshop include software or implementation?
No. It is a fixed-scope decision engagement. Production software, integrations, vendor procurement and live-data processing are outside the Workshop. A later product evaluation or supervised pilot would be separately scoped and would require its own approval.
